工作原理

How is stencil thickness chosen?

By the finest component on the board: 0402/0.4 mm BGA work favors 80-100 µm foils, general mixes use 120-130 µm, and high-paste connectors may need step-up zones. The area-ratio rule, aperture wall area versus opening, decides whether paste will release cleanly.

Do nano-coatings and electropolishing pay off?

For fine-pitch and micro-BGA work, yes: smoother walls and low-energy coatings improve release consistency and reduce underside cleaning frequency, cutting printing defects that dominate SMT yield loss. For coarse-pitch boards the benefit is marginal.

Frame or frameless stencils?

Framed stencils suit dedicated products and long runs; frameless foils in reusable tensioning frames cost less per design and store flat, fitting high-mix factories that change stencils many times a day.
