CNFX · Verified Model Pack

One model, documented well enough that a buyer can act on it.

We take the parameters currently scattered across your PDFs, drawings and sales emails and turn them into a single dataset an overseas procurement engineer can drop straight into a selection comparison.

Every field carries its source. You sign off before anything is published. It goes live in English, Chinese and German.

Your product may be good. The buyer has no way to check.

Four things stop a technically capable factory from getting shortlisted

The numbers exist, but nobody can find them
Spread across a catalogue PDF, a drawing, and three sales emails. A buyer comparing five suppliers gives you about two minutes.
Adjectives where a range belongs
"High accuracy" cannot be compared with anything. "±0.5 % F.S." can. Selection happens on the second kind of statement.
No stated source, so nothing is trusted
A figure from a test report and a figure someone typed carry very different weight — but on most pages they look identical.
German and English buyers search different words
An engineer looking for Wandstärke or Auslegungsdruck will not find a page that only says wall thickness.
What it is

A structured dataset for one model, with the sources kept attached

We do not write marketing copy and we do not invent figures. We take what you already have, put it in a form a procurement engineer can use, record where each field came from, and publish it only after you have confirmed it in writing.

What you receive

Model datasheet — PDF
Ready to send to your own customers as it is. Dimensions, process window, materials, tolerances, compliance.
Structured data — JSON
Importable into ERP or PIM. Field names follow one dictionary, so your models stay comparable with each other.
Tabular version — CSV
Drops straight into the Excel comparison sheet the buyer is already building.
Public model page — three languages
An indexable page on cnfx.com, zh.cnfx.com and cnfx.com/de/, with matching hreflang. Same data, three markets.
Source map — PDF
Every single field, and where it came from: your questionnaire, an attached document with page number, a named third-party report, or a public source with its URL.
Confirmation record — PDF
Signed by you. It lists what you confirm as accurate, states that CNFX gives no warranty over data you supplied, and sets the validity period and next review date. This document is what the word "verified" rests on.

Verification levels are shown separately, never merged

Checking that a company legally exists is not the same as checking that it can build something. A single vague "Verified" badge blends the two, and industrial buyers notice.

Identity Verified
Legal entity matches the website and email domain. Says nothing about the product.
Manufacturer Submitted
You filled in the questionnaire and confirmed it in writing.
Evidence Attached
Key parameters are backed by documents, cited by filename and page.
Third-party Checked
Checked by a named third party, not by us.
CNFX Structured
We only reformatted it. Not a warranty of accuracy, and labelled as such.

Our rule on standard numbers

A wrong standard number is the fastest way to lose an industrial buyer. So we apply one rule with no exceptions:

You have the certificate
Published normally, with the certificate number and expiry.
You claim it, no document
Published as "Manufacturer declared, no document seen". Honest, and buyers respect it.
We inferred it
Never appears in a paid deliverable. Not once.

One missing standard number costs nothing. One wrong standard number costs the credibility of everything else on the page.

What we need from you

One questionnaire. Fill in only what you already have — blanks are labelled "not provided by manufacturer", which is more respectable than a guess.

Model identity
Full model code, category, year first supplied, production status, typical lead time.
Dimensions and process window
Ranges, not adjectives — and, where you know it, what happens outside the range. That last column is the part buyers cannot find anywhere else.
Materials by grade
316L, Q345R, P265GH, EPDM. Not "stainless steel" — the grade is the first filter a procurement engineer applies.
Documents, where they exist
Drawings (redact anything but the dimensions), mill certificates, test reports, type approvals. We extract parameters; we never republish your drawings.
Where it should not be used
The single most valuable answer on the form. Suppliers who state their limits get trusted more, not less — and no competitor's page carries it.
Who to contact
Technical contact and which routes you want shown: website, email, phone, or form only.

How it runs

1
You complete the questionnairePlus whatever documents exist. Typically under an hour for someone who knows the model.
2
We structure it and mark every sourceField names normalised against one dictionary; each value tagged with where it came from. Anything you left blank stays blank.
3
You review and correctYou see the full draft with the source map before anyone else does. One revision round is included.
4
You sign, then we publishNothing goes public before the confirmation record is signed. Pages go live in all three languages at once.

Pricing

Pilot pricing while we build the first reference cases. Not a long-term commitment in either direction.

What this does not buy

Not Google ranking. Not AI recommendation. Not enquiry volume. Not orders. Paying changes the data-structuring and maintenance service only — it does not change organic ordering anywhere on this site, and no amount of money moves a listing up. CNFX is not a certification body, does not replace one, and does not act as your sales agent.

Start with one model

Tell us which model and we will send the questionnaire and a fixed quote. No obligation at this stage.

We use your details only to send the questionnaire and quote. Nothing about your model is published until you have signed the confirmation record.
