Creates a dynamic sealing interface through spring-loaded sealing faces (rotating and stationary) that maintain constant contact pressure during shaft rotation, with secondary elastomeric seals providing static sealing at housing interfaces, utilizing the pumped beverage itself as lubrication/cooling medium in wetted designs.
