工作原理
The stem moves axially within the valve body, either opening to allow product flow or closing against the seat to create a metal-to-metal or elastomer-enhanced seal. During aseptic operation, the sealing surfaces maintain sterility through positive displacement of product and steam barrier protection, with the stem's precise movement controlled by pneumatic or electric actuators.

Stem: 316L stainless steel (ASTM A276)hardened to 40-45 HRCelectropolished Ra ≤ 0.4 μm. Seat: 316L stainless steel with optional Stellite 6 overlay or PTFE insert for enhanced sealing. Alternative: Titanium alloy for corrosive applications.
