降液管

降液管是化工、石油化工精馏及其他分离操作中塔板（如筛板或浮阀塔板）的关键部件。它是一个垂直通道，通常为圆柱形或矩形，将液体从上层塔板导流至下层塔板，确保液体分布和相分离。降液管保持液封以防止蒸汽短路，促进液体与蒸汽的分离，并控制塔板间的持液量和停留时间。其设计影响塔效率、处理能力和操作稳定性。

降液管依靠重力流动：液体在塔板上积聚，溢流进入降液管入口，然后垂直下降至下层塔板。它为液体转移提供无蒸汽通道，将液体与上升蒸汽分离以防止夹带，并维持水力平衡。底部的液封防止蒸汽通过降液管向上短路。适当的尺寸确保足够的液体处理能力，避免液泛或漏液，优化蒸汽和液体之间的传质。

The downcomer operates by gravity flow: liquid accumulates on a tray, overflows into the downcomer inlet, and descends vertically to the tray below. It provides a vapor-free path for liquid transfer, separates liquid from rising vapor to prevent entrainment, and maintains hydraulic balance. The liquid seal at the bottom prevents vapor from short-circuiting upward through the downcomer. Proper sizing ensures adequate liquid handling without flooding or weeping, optimizing mass transfer between vapor and liquid phases.
