屏蔽壳是高密度HDMI连接器组件中的关键部件，设计用于封装和保护内部连接器引脚及电路。其主要功能是形成法拉第笼效应，防止电磁辐射泄漏（以满足法规限值），并阻止外部干扰破坏信号完整性。该部件确保符合电磁兼容性（EMC）标准，同时保持连接器组件的结构完整性和机械对位。

其工作原理基于导电外壳屏蔽，金属外壳形成连续的导电屏障。该屏障反射和吸收电磁波，形成等电位表面，阻止场穿透。为获得有效性能，外壳必须与连接器的接地平面和配合部件保持低阻抗电接触，确保完整的屏蔽回路。

Operates on the principle of conductive enclosure shielding, where the metallic shell forms a continuous conductive barrier. This barrier reflects and absorbs electromagnetic waves, creating an equipotential surface that prevents field penetration. For effective performance, the shell must maintain low-impedance electrical contact with the connector's ground plane and mating components, ensuring a complete shielding circuit.
