工作原理
The gate resistor operates on Ohm's Law (V=IR) to control current flow into the gate capacitance of power semiconductor devices. The resistor value determines the RC time constant, which controls the rate of voltage change at the gate terminal, thereby regulating the device's turn-on and turn-off speed. Higher resistance values slow switching transitions (reducing EMI but increasing switching losses), while lower values speed transitions (increasing EMI risk but reducing losses). The resistor also dampens parasitic LC oscillations in the gate loop.
