工作原理
The Power MOSFET works by applying a voltage to the gate terminal, which creates an electric field that forms a conductive channel between the drain and source. This allows current to flow when the gate voltage exceeds a threshold (Vgs(th)). It operates in enhancement mode, meaning it is normally off (non-conductive) without gate voltage. In LED drivers, it switches on and off rapidly to control average current through PWM, ensuring stable LED brightness and efficiency.
