工作原理
Operates based on the control of current flow between two terminals (collector and emitter) via a third terminal (base or gate). In bipolar junction transistors (BJTs), a small base current controls a larger collector-emitter current. In field-effect transistors (FETs), a voltage applied to the gate controls the current between source and drain. In output driver circuits, it switches between cutoff (off) and saturation (on) states to drive loads efficiently.
