工作原理
Switching transistors operate by controlling current flow between collector and emitter terminals through base current (BJT) or gate voltage (MOSFET/IGBT). When activated, they enter saturation (low resistance) allowing high current; when deactivated, they enter cutoff (high resistance) blocking current. Fast switching minimizes transition time to reduce power dissipation.
