工作原理
The valve flapper operates on a pressure differential principle. When boost pressure reaches a predetermined threshold, the wastegate actuator applies force to the flapper arm, causing the flapper to pivot open. This creates an alternative exhaust gas path that bypasses the turbine, reducing turbine speed and subsequent boost pressure. When pressure drops below the threshold, spring tension or actuator pressure decreases, allowing the flapper to return to its closed position, directing all exhaust gases through the turbine for maximum boost.
