工作原理
The tuyere nozzle operates by channeling compressed air (typically enriched with oxygen) from the bustle pipe through the tuyere stock into the blast furnace. The nozzle's convergent-divergent design accelerates the air to supersonic speeds, creating a high-velocity jet that penetrates the coke bed. This jet sustains the combustion of coke, generating the necessary heat (up to 2000°C) and carbon monoxide for reducing iron oxides to molten iron, while also stirring the molten metal and slag layers.
