工作原理
The Vanadium Matrix operates through controlled dissolution kinetics in molten steel. When added to steelmaking processes, the matrix dissolves at a predetermined rate, releasing vanadium atoms that disperse uniformly throughout the molten steel. The matrix structure prevents premature oxidation and ensures vanadium availability during critical solidification phases, enabling precise control over final steel microstructure and mechanical properties.
