工作原理
The internal buffer solution establishes a stable reference potential via a silver/silver chloride (Ag/AgCl) or calomel electrode immersed in it. This reference potential remains constant while the glass membrane potential varies with external pH, creating a measurable potential difference proportional to pH according to the Nernst equation.
