工作原理
As the rotary drum rotates, internal lifter plates scoop and elevate the fertilizer material to a predetermined height. When the material reaches the apex, it cascades back down in a curtain-like shower, exposing maximum surface area to hot air streams. This continuous lifting and cascading action promotes uniform coating of particles, efficient moisture evaporation, and controlled agglomeration through repeated contact between particles and binding agents.
