工作原理
The Braided Shield operates on the principle of a Faraday cage. When grounded, it creates an equipotential conductive enclosure around the heating cable's core. This enclosure intercepts and diverts external electromagnetic fields and electrostatic discharges to ground, preventing interference with the cable's electrical signals or heating performance. Simultaneously, it contains any electromagnetic emissions from the cable itself. The braided structure provides continuous electrical contact and mechanical flexibility, allowing the cable to bend without compromising shield integrity.
