工作原理
Operates on principles of geometric optics: lenses refract light using Snell's Law to control beam spread and focus, while reflectors use specular or diffuse surfaces to redirect light through reflection. Combined systems integrate both functions to achieve precise light distribution patterns, such as spot, flood, or wall-wash effects, by manipulating light paths to reduce spill and increase optical efficiency.
材料
Typically made from high-purity polycarbonate (PC)polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA)or glass. PC offers impact resistance and thermal stability up to 120°CPMMA provides superior optical clarity and UV resistanceand glass ensures high durability and minimal yellowing. Reflector surfaces may be coated with aluminum or silver for high reflectivity (>95%) or use micro-prismatic structures for controlled diffusion.
