The primary winding or conductor in a current transformer is the essential component through which the current to be measured flows. It consists of one or more turns of conductive material, typically copper or aluminum, wound around a magnetic core. 工作原理
The primary winding operates on the principle of electromagnetic induction. When alternating current flows through the conductor, it generates a time-varying magnetic field around it. This magnetic field couples with the magnetic core and induces a voltage in the secondary winding proportional to the rate of change of magnetic flux. The current in the secondary winding is inversely proportional to the turns ratio between primary and secondary windings, allowing measurement of high currents with standard instrumentation.
