工作原理

Protection diodes function by providing a low-impedance path for reverse currents or excess voltage: flyback diodes allow inductive energy to dissipate safely, TVS diodes clamp voltages above a threshold, and Zener diodes regulate voltage by conducting in reverse breakdown. Together, they mitigate risks from inductive loads, switching events, and electrostatic discharge (ESD).
