A thermal cutoff (TCO), also known as a thermal fuse or thermal link, is a non-resettable, single-use safety component designed to permanently break an electrical circuit when a predetermined temperature threshold is exceeded. 工作原理
The thermal cutoff operates based on a fusible alloy or a temperature-sensitive pellet that melts or deforms at a specific calibrated temperature. This action is irreversible; the device does not reset upon cooling and requires replacement to restore circuit functionality.
