工作原理
TVS diode arrays operate by avalanche breakdown or Zener breakdown mechanisms. When voltage exceeds the breakdown threshold, the diodes conduct heavily, clamping the transient voltage to a safe level and diverting excess current away from protected circuits. The array configuration allows simultaneous protection of multiple lines with minimal signal distortion.
