工作原理
The wire guide nozzle operates by channeling the enameled copper wire through a precisely machined ceramic or hardened steel orifice. As the winding machine rotates the stator, the nozzle moves in coordinated patterns to lay wire in predetermined slots. The nozzle's internal geometry controls wire tension, prevents abrasion, and ensures consistent wire feed speed, while its external mounting allows for precise positioning adjustments.
