工作原理
The clutch piston operates on hydraulic pressure principles. When pressurized fluid enters the piston chamber, it forces the piston to move axially against return springs, compressing the clutch pack friction plates against reaction plates. This creates frictional engagement that transfers torque from the input to output shafts. Pressure release allows springs to retract the piston, disengaging the clutch.
材料
Typically aluminum alloys (A3566061) for lightweight applications or steel alloys (41408620) for high-pressure systems. Sealing surfaces often feature hard anodizing or chrome plating. Seals are made of nitrile rubber (NBR)fluorocarbon (FKM)or polyurethane for hydraulic compatibility.
