工作原理
The powder melts on contact with molten steel, creating a liquid slag layer. This layer controls heat transfer from the steel to the mold, preventing rapid solidification and cracks. It acts as a barrier against atmospheric oxygen, absorbs alumina and other inclusions, and lubricates the mold-strand interface via a crystalline or glassy slag film, reducing friction and sticking.

Typically composed of CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-based oxides with additions of CaF2Na2OK2OLi2OMgOand carbon (cokegraphite) to control melting rate and viscosity. May include B2O3 or MnO for specific properties.
