工作原理
Trunnion pins function as rotational axles and primary load carriers. They are inserted through trunnion rings welded to the ladle shell, with their ends engaging bearing surfaces in the lifting mechanism. During operation, the pins bear compressive, shear, and bending stresses while enabling smooth rotation through integrated bearing surfaces or separate bearing assemblies. Their cylindrical geometry distributes stress evenly, while precise tolerances ensure minimal play and vibration during ladle movement.
