工作原理
As the drum rotates, baffles lift produce from the bottom and release it in a cascading motion, creating continuous mixing. This action ensures all surfaces receive equal thermal treatment, prevents localized overheating or under-processing, and maintains consistent product flow through the drum.

Food-grade stainless steel (AISI 304 or 316)polished to Ra ≤ 0.8 μm surface finish. Thickness: 2-4 mm. Must withstand temperatures up to 120°C and resist corrosion from acidic produce and cleaning chemicals.
