工作原理
Cooling water is pumped through these internal channels at controlled flow rates and pressures. As the water circulates, it absorbs heat from the copper plate that contacts the molten steel, transferring thermal energy away from the solidification front. This maintains a stable temperature gradient, promotes uniform solidification, and prevents copper plate overheating or thermal fatigue.
