Utilizes multiple thermocouples or RTDs (Resistance Temperature Detectors) arranged in strategic positions to measure temperature gradients. Sensors convert thermal energy into electrical signals, which are processed by a central control unit to provide accurate temperature readings and enable automated adjustments to heating elements.
