工作原理
Operates based on the p-n junction principle, where a semiconductor material (typically silicon or germanium) is doped to create p-type (positive) and n-type (negative) regions. When forward-biased (positive voltage applied to p-side), electrons and holes recombine at the junction, allowing current flow. When reverse-biased, the depletion region widens, blocking current flow except for minimal leakage.
