工作原理
Parts move along the track via controlled vibration from the bowl feeder. As parts travel, specially designed tooling elements (rails, steps, cutouts, or mechanical fingers) interact with part features to flip, rotate, or reject incorrectly oriented parts. Correctly oriented parts continue to the discharge chute while misoriented parts fall back into the bowl for recirculation.
