工作原理
The core vent operates on the principle of pressure differential and gas permeability. During metal pouring, heat vaporizes binders and moisture in the core, generating gases. These gases create pressure within the core. The vent provides a low-resistance path for gas to escape to the atmosphere or a vacuum system, equalizing pressure and preventing gas from being forced into the molten metal, which would solidify as defects.
