工作原理
The encoder wheel rotates with a mechanical shaft. As it turns, its patterned surface interrupts a light beam (optical encoder) or alters magnetic fields (magnetic encoder). A sensor detects these interruptions/changes and converts them into digital pulses. The pulse count corresponds to rotation angle, which is translated into linear displacement through system calibration.
