工作原理
The end cap/plug creates a mechanical seal at the manifold's end through threaded, welded, or compression fitting methods. It withstands internal fluid pressure by distributing stress evenly across its structure, while sealing surfaces prevent leakage through gaskets, O-rings, or metal-to-metal contact. In spray systems, it ensures uniform pressure distribution along the manifold by providing a closed boundary condition.
