工作原理
The Frame Plate works by providing a rigid, stationary surface against which the plate pack is compressed. When tie rods are tightened, the movable cover plate presses against the plate pack, and the Frame Plate resists this force, creating uniform clamping pressure across all plates. This pressure compresses the elastomeric gaskets between plates, forming sealed channels for hot and cold fluids while maintaining plate alignment. The Frame Plate distributes mechanical loads evenly to prevent plate deformation and ensure consistent thermal performance.
