公接头

公接头是液压快速接头系统中经过精密加工的部件，设计用于与母接头连接，建立无泄漏的高压流体传输通道。它带有外螺纹或锁定机构，与母接头上的对应元件啮合，确保在工作压力高达10,000 PSI时安全连接。该部件对于液压系统中的快速连接/断开至关重要，同时保持系统完整性。

公接头通过对准并插入母接头来工作，机械锁定机构（如滚珠、闩锁或螺纹连接）啮合，形成密封界面。连接时，内部密封件（通常是O型圈）压缩在配合表面上，防止流体泄漏。断开时，通过手动或自动释放锁定机构，实现安全分离，无流体溢出。

The male half operates by aligning and inserting into the female half, where mechanical locking mechanisms (such as ball bearings, latches, or threaded connections) engage to create a sealed interface. When connected, internal seals (typically O-rings) compress against mating surfaces to prevent fluid leakage. Disconnection is achieved by manually or automatically releasing the locking mechanism, allowing safe separation without fluid spillage.
