芯棒组件

芯棒组件是工业弯管机中的关键部件，由刚性芯棒杆、支撑球或分段及安装硬件组成。在弯曲过程中插入管材内部，以保持横截面形状，防止起皱、椭圆化或塌陷，并确保精确的弯曲几何形状，同时减少壁厚减薄。

芯棒组件通过在弯曲过程中为管壁提供内部支撑来工作。当弯曲模具施加力时，芯棒的刚性结构抵消内半径上的压缩力和外半径上的拉伸力，均匀分布应力，以保持管材完整性和尺寸精度。

The mandrel assembly works by providing internal support to the tube wall during the bending process. As the bending die applies force, the mandrel's rigid structure counteracts compressive forces on the inner radius and tensile forces on the outer radius, distributing stress evenly to maintain tube integrity and dimensional accuracy.
