These tracks ensure consistent orientation by controlling the movement and rotation of cases through mechanical constraints, gravity, or assisted motion systems, enabling seamless integration with downstream packaging, filling, or assembly operations.

Orientation tracks operate on principles of controlled guidance and friction management. Cases enter the track system and are directed along predetermined pathways using rails, guides, or channel walls. Orientation is achieved through geometric constraints (like tapered sections or twisting paths), mechanical elements (such as rotating wheels or pushers), or sensor-activated diverters that correct alignment.
