工作原理
These elements operate on the principle of rolling friction. Balls or rollers are contained within a recirculating path inside the bearing block. As the bearing moves along the guide rod, the elements roll between the bearing raceways and the rod surface, then return to the starting point through a return channel, creating continuous circulation. This converts potentially high sliding friction into low rolling resistance.

Typically made from high-carbon chromium steel (e.g.AISI 52100/SUJ2) or stainless steel (e.g.AISI 440C) for corrosion resistancewith hardness of 58-65 HRC. Ceramic balls (silicon nitride) are used in specialized applications for higher stiffnesslower densityand corrosion immunity.
