工作原理
Screen panels operate on the principle of mechanical filtration through vibrating sieve separation. When installed in a shale shaker, high-frequency linear or elliptical vibration creates G-forces that propel drilling fluid downward through the mesh openings while solids move upward across the surface. The vibration prevents blinding (clogging) by keeping particles in motion, allowing continuous separation. Fluid passes through the mesh layers into collection pans below, while separated solids are discharged off the screen's end. The separation efficiency depends on mesh size, vibration parameters, and fluid properties.
